What is your website / business about?

We provide full business services for start up and also established business. Providing courses from simple bookkeeping to full process reviews. We have been described as the Gordon Ramsay of day to day business. But not as Harsh!

We also provide ERP consultants to anyone looking at changing or upgrading there current ERP systems.

Tell us about the development of your business and website. Where the idea came from, how long did it take and so on?

We have been working on SPI for a number of years. But only went live last year. We have rapidly grown from initially providing MS Office application training, to now full business reviews, and helping our clients achieve there companies goals.

We as a company have matured over the last year. Learning from our mistakes and others and being able to.

What are the most rewarding aspects about your business / website and do you think it was worth the effort?

Helping people achieve there targets. Making what seems a horrible job, simple and easy. We believe that we can get being doing what they love and make a living from it too. It’s worth all the effort.

I was in a job I didn’t enjoy and had no say in how I believe things should be done. Now I have SPI, we can express our views and people genuinely listen to us. I love helping people.

Where would you like your business to be in five or ten year’s time?

I would like to have built a consortium of business, being able to offer the best possible services to all my clients, both new and old.

I feel that if we can develop large enough, we can reduce our customers outgoing cost by up to 50% with economies of scale they would not have been able to achieve by themselves.
